Unable to read CHM files

(Article ID: 000911)

The user is unable to read CHM (Compiled HTML) files. When a topic is clicked it says This page cannot be displayed.

The current workaround is to copy the CHM file to the local hard drive. Make sure that there is no pound sign (#) in the directory path.
