Step-by-step instructions
Try the following to solve this problem:
- Open a graphics attachment as you normally would.
- Right click on the Microsoft Photo Editor button on your task bar and select Move.
- Press an arrow key (up, down, left, right) and then move your mouse. This will cause the window to "attach" to your mouse pointer.
- Left click to place the window on your screen.
