Windows path name included in thumbnail URL

(Article ID: 001575)
Summary

When uploading images to a Movable Type installation that is hosted on an IIS web server, the source path (the place where the image was uploaded to on the server) may be included in the HTML code returned by Movable Type (i.e. http://<Movable Type path>/c:\inetpub\wwwroot/image.jpg). This typically happens when the user selects to have the image set up as a pop-up image with a thumbnail. The malformed URL is in the address for the thumbnail.
