Welcome to OurSafety.net, or RSafety.net as some of you know it. This is a repository for some of the generally technical knowledge I have acquired over the years. The articles found here probably started out as scribbles on random pieces of paper spread around the office. Later I moved them to simple text files stored on a private server. I am now in the process of moving them out to the Internet. Feel free to comment on errors you may find. Also feel free to drop suggestions for changes and/or improvements. I do take some requests.

If you are looking for something that you believe should be here, and it is related one or more articles that are already published, please feel free to post a comment on a related article and I will see what I can do. The article in question may be written, but I have not yet posted it. It might also be the case that the article in question relates to something I have not yet encountered. Almost all of this is knowledge I have gained from formal training, from jobs I have worked, from experimenting on my own time, and from "the school of hard knocks." ;) For the articles that don't fit in the above category I will do my best to give credit where credit is due (i.e. I found a solution somewhere else and modified it slightly for my own needs).
